Spoilers is a long form web comic that ran from summer 2006 til the end of 2010. Combining absurd cartoon humor, magical realism and fragmentary, nonlinear storyline, Spoilers traces the path from cause to effect.

“Flipped Out Word”

3 color pages of cool kids flapping gums. Made from a combination of painting on transparencies, collage and computer tricks, this comic marks a return to a process I haven’t used since 2006 (see the bottom of this page).

“A Lesson on Brain Sweats”

Educational programming about the phenomenon of brain sweating. Things get redirected a bit, however.

“This is your Parent’s Bed”

Based on the Fugazi song, “Latin Roots,” this strip is about getting your grown-folk on. In more ways than one.
