You may remember a while back that I was talking about a class I was putting together to teach, a little number I was calling “Art of Comics.” The wonderful folks at Building Bridges kept it on life support as long as they could, but unfortunately we didn’t get enough students enrolled to run it.

Who believes in second chances, though?

I’m scheduled to teach a beefed up version of the course (8 three hour sessions held at CIA) starting next February. I’m very excited to be given the opportunity to teach what I love, and I’ve got a lot of great material all lined up. If you know anyone who lives in Ohio, or hell, even a neighboring state who’s willing to travel, let them know. What’s in it for you? Well, I’ve been scanning a lot of fantastic comics, and I was thinking I might follow the example of others and use the blog to compliment the class, posting lessons, links and other nice things beginning with the letter “L.”

I’m planning on pimping this class pretty hard for the next cupla’ months, so bear with me.
